Invisalign Pain
Invisalign pain is something we’re asked about a lot. With any orthodontic appliance, your teeth and bones are moving around, trying to make your smile straight and beautiful! Naturally, this movement can cause mild soreness – especially after an adjustment or switching your set of Invisalign trays. Luckily, this soreness should only last a couple of days at most, and there are many things you can do to lessen the pain. Over-the-counter painkillers, orthodontic wax, and eating soft foods after appointments are easy ways to make your adjustment easier and lessen pain.
