The orthodontists and assistants at this office are so friendly and professional. They've managed the braces treatment of one of my sons, and people often remark how perfect his teeth are. My younger son had his braces put on just yesterday. He was nervous about it, and the assistant who worked with him, Alex, did an incredible job of explaining the process and putting him at ease. The braces were on in under 30 minutes, and as we left he told me, that didn't hurt at all, and was so much better than I thought! Time will tell how he does with tightening, etc., but I'm relieved he's no longer anxious about, and grateful to Drs. Davoody, Mehr, and their team for their terrific work.

Dr. Davoody is wonderful. His staff is cheerful and helpful and the office environment is always pleasant. There were a few instances when we had to come back to the office within days of a visit because a wire had come off or a bracket became loose, and the office was accommodating and quick to resolve the issue. My daughter enjoyed coming to her orthodontics appointments and she loved her braces, so much so that she dreaded the day when her braces would be removed. We are very pleased with the results and the positive orthodontics experience we've had with Dr. Davoody's office.

It's not possible to find a better team that Dr. Mehr & Dr. Davoody. I've never met anybody that does such an incredible job taking taking care of everybody who walks into their office. Both perfectionists to the nth degree, the work they perform is meticulous. Beyond thrilled with the great smile they gave me, and so grateful to them for maintaining kindness and patience and continuing to provide unbelievable care even on my temperamental days where I quite frankly didn't deserve it. Working in healthcare, it's hard not to notice all of the details that make their practice the best in Houston. The staff are well educated, courteous and great with kids, the office is immaculately clean, and there isnt a doctor in Texas that even comes close to the expertise or warmth that these two bring to every visit.

Dr. Davoody truly transformed my smile. My case was pretty complex, as I initially had an underbite, overcrowding, and raised canines. It took about 3 years to complete my treatment, but it was so worth it! He was able to customize my treatment for my specific issues and is super knowledgeable about orthodontia! I have suffered with an open bite for over 25 years but thanks to Dr. Davoody and his awesome staff my bite is now closed. For the first time in my life my front teeth connect when I bite down!!! I was referred to Dr. Davoody by my oral surgeon because they work very closely together to manage sleep apnea patients. I would get up numerous times during sleep to gasp air and oxygen. The gold standard treatment, CPAP was no longer working for me. Therefore, I decided to go with surgery to improve my breathing. In order to get the actual surgery, I had to get braces first. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Davoody and his team. He is very patient, experienced and knowledgable. He was available every time I had an emergency to see me. I have had my surgery done already and I can finally sleep like a baby. I recommend Dr. Davoody to everyone!

The reason I went to Dr. Davoody's office is because he is a board certified orthodontist. I read about the importance of ABO certification and found him on that website. I would highly recommend Greater Houston Orthodontics for anyone who is looking for a good orthodontist. Dr. Davoody and his team are good at what they do. They are also polite and courteous to their patients.The staff also converses with you to ease your nervousness and also to just talk, although it is a bit hard when you have to keep your mouth open as they do some touch ups on your braces haha. But I am really happy with my teeth, I got my braces removed in November of 2014 and they are still perfect.

My 8 year old daughter got orthodontic treatment at Dr. Davoody's practice. We loved the friendly staff and the personalized attention. I also loved it that we did not have to go to a different location to get her panoramic x-rays done. They have a state of the art facility all under one roof. I will certainly recommend Greater Houston Orthodontics and Dr. Davoody's care to everyone I know. And we are definitely coming back for any other orthodontic needs for my 8 year old and my other children.

The Best Service Ever! I am a perfectionist who have been looking around for sometime and I am vary happy I found GHO. I have heard people wearing braces for years without any adjustments. But it was different at GHO. They have patient-specific plans for each person and work with you to make sure you get what you want. They offer you different options including the state-of-the-art of orthodontics technology and honestly tell you pros and cons of each one of them. I could get braces without removing ANY teeth, what I was afraid of. My teeth started to move super fast and the results are just fabulous so far. Lovely staff make you feel welcome.
