I had braces as part of my maxillomandibular advancement surgery and for bite realignment. Dr. Davoody and Dr. Mehr have been great and extremely professional. The office staff and the orthodontic technicians have always been nice and helpful. I definitely recommend Greater Houston Orthodontics. FYI, I have been to both offices and they are both great.

Dr. Davoody is wonderful. His staff is cheerful and helpful and the office environment is always pleasant. There were a few instances when we had to come back to the office within days of a visit because a wire had come off or a bracket became loose, and the office was accommodating and quick to resolve the issue. My daughter enjoyed coming to her orthodontics appointments and she loved her braces, so much so that she dreaded the day when her braces would be removed. We are very pleased with the results and the positive orthodontics experience we've had with Dr. Davoody's office.

It's not possible to find a better team that Dr. Mehr & Dr. Davoody. I've never met anybody that does such an incredible job taking taking care of everybody who walks into their office. Both perfectionists to the nth degree, the work they perform is meticulous. Beyond thrilled with the great smile they gave me, and so grateful to them for maintaining kindness and patience and continuing to provide unbelievable care even on my temperamental days where I quite frankly didn't deserve it. Working in healthcare, it's hard not to notice all of the details that make their practice the best in Houston. The staff are well educated, courteous and great with kids, the office is immaculately clean, and there isnt a doctor in Texas that even comes close to the expertise or warmth that these two bring to every visit.

Dr. Davoody truly transformed my smile. My case was pretty complex, as I initially had an underbite, overcrowding, and raised canines. Dr. Davoody is an excellent orthodontist with an amazing office and staff. I was referred to Dr. Davoody by my oral surgeon because they work very closely together to manage sleep apnea patients. I would get up numerous times during sleep to gasp air and oxygen. The gold standard treatment, CPAP was no longer working for me. Therefore, I decided to go with surgery to improve my breathing. In order to get the actual surgery, I had to get braces first. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Davoody and his team. He is very patient, experienced and knowledgable. He was available every time I had an emergency to see me. I have had my surgery done already and I can finally sleep like a baby. I recommend Dr. Davoody to everyone!

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Davoody and his team. When I first went for my consultation appointment, I was not ready and open to getting braces as an adult. Dr. Davoody eased me into getting braces by explaining about my bite, the benefits and the risks of no treatment. This whole process was done without rushing or pushing me. Dr. Davoody's office has a very friendly and warm environment. Everybody is very professional and nice. My general dentist recommended getting braces and I was frightened about the whole process. Dr. Davoody made me feel at ease and took the time to explain my treatment in depth. I was also very pleased with the scheduling and efficiency. I definitely will refer my family and friends for braces to this office.

The reason I went to Dr. Davoody's office is because he is a board certified orthodontist. I read about the importance of ABO certification and found him on that website. Dr. Davoody was very thorough and knowledgeable. His front office, Sarah was wonderful, helping me with my insurance and explaining to me what to expect on my first visit. My overall experience was excellent and I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great orthodontist.

I would highly recommend Greater Houston Orthodontics for anyone who is looking for a good orthodontist. Dr. Davoody and his team are good at what they do. They are also polite and courteous to their patients.The staff also converses with you to ease your nervousness and also to just talk, although it is a bit hard when you have to keep your mouth open as they do some touch ups on your braces haha. But I am really happy with my teeth, I got my braces removed in November of 2014 and they are still perfect.

Dr. Davoody office is amazing, his staff is very friendly and very kind to patients also its a big plus his office speak Spanish which is very convenient. He give me different options for treatment and he was very experienced and knowledgeable. My 8 year old daughter got orthodontic treatment at Dr. Davoody's practice. We loved the friendly staff and the personalized attention. I also loved it that we did not have to go to a different location to get her panoramic x-rays done. They have a state of the art facility all under one roof. I will certainly recommend Greater Houston Orthodontics and Dr. Davoody's care to everyone I know. And we are definitely coming back for any other orthodontic needs for my 8 year old and my other children.

I took two of my beautiful daughters to Greater Houston Orthodontics for braces. I couldn't believe my eyes how they changed the over all smile of my kids. I have been a patient of Dr. Davoody's for almost a year. Getting braces can be scary for most people. However, my experience has been wonderful. Dr. Davoody and his staff are very professional and really do make you feel comfortable. The office atmosphere is friendly. The staff are very gentle and all have pleasant personalities. Dr. Davoody is very knowledgeable as well as determined to give the best treatment possible for all of his patients. I have been so pleased with this office that my children will be starting treatment here soon as well. I also recommend this office to anyone needing braces.

The Best Service Ever! I am a perfectionist who have been looking around for sometime and I am vary happy I found GHO. I have heard people wearing braces for years without any adjustments. But it was different at GHO. They have patient-specific plans for each person and work with you to make sure you get what you want. They offer you different options including the state-of-the-art of orthodontics technology and honestly tell you pros and cons of each one of them. I could get braces without removing ANY teeth, what I was afraid of. My teeth started to move super fast and the results are just fabulous so far. Lovely staff make you feel welcome. Definitely recommended!
